Everywhere you turn there are pharmacy signs that read, "Get your flu shots here!"

Stickers that brag,

I got my flu shot today, did you?"

And text messages from our health insurance providers reminding us to

"secure our health and vaccinate."

Targeted at seniors ages 60 and up, flu vaccinations prey on our fears, convincing us that without an annual flu shot, our health is compromised. The question still arises, should I get a flu shot?

It’s all in the ingredients. The vaccine contains formaldehyde, mercury, aluminum, and ethylene glycol, or anti-freeze.
