Eating right for your blood type can help if you food intolerance. It can take the pressure of the digestive track and help to build your immune system.
Food intolerances are not the same as allergies.
Intolerance to something can create problems even if you are not totally allergic to them. It can be a build up from the food or the substance that can create the problem. We need to remember that the food we produce is not grown the way we used to grow it. Although our food looks better it is not of the same quality that our system is used to. There are lots of chemicals and additives that will take centuries for our systems to adjust to, that is if we ever can possibly adjust to them.
The sad thing is foods can even have an effect on the body where cancer is concerned so removal of a lump but not changing eating habits do not necessary prevent things from returning.
Food intolerance can also appear in many different ways, such as skin rashes like eczema or psoriasis. Some children have hyper active problems and/or a ADHD label, asthma symptoms, constipation or loose bowel to name just a few. Removing the foods or substances that affect us can start to make changes. It is not a quick fix but is a step in the right direction.
